We just completed our first Junior Development Clinic at Miss Linda Giddens this weekend. We had a full house of 7 juniors dodging the rain by skiing at the crack of dawn to beat the storms. We successfully swerved around the rain and buoys and skied to earn our lunch and dinner, wonderfully prepared by Mr. Leonard.

Our newest clinic skier, Charlsey Newman was a bit taken back by the rapid pace. After skiing her first set, she got dressed and announced she had already skied her one time today. Her eyes got big when she realized she had to ski 4 sets before lunch! The PB king was Logan Pierce, getting 4 for the weekend. Chanah Carter was recovering from a broken arm by doing 2 handed slalom Lucky Lowe style and Charlsey went over the side of the ramp for the first time to keep up the Newman jump tradition.

The weekend had games, food, and very early starts to beat the weather......It was a great time and Trace Pierce has some pictures coming. A hearty Thank You to Miss Linda for another great job.

Thanks,

Chris
