TENNESSEE CAPTURES 53 TOP 5 PLACES IN 2009 SOUTHERN REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Tennessee has a huge Regionals.  

 Tennessee emerged from the 2009 Southern Regional Tournament with 53 top 5 finishes and a pile of 6-10's.  The Kentucky Lake Ski Nuts, spearheaded by Joe Burkhead, did a fabulous job of putting on the regionals.  All the club members pitched in and worked hard to make things function properly.  The weather was wonderful all week with temperatures in the lower 80's nad not but a few short showers.  Good job.

     Garrett Stallings clinched Boys 1 Overall and 1st in tricks,  B2 Zack "Shaggy" MacIntyre took 3rd in tricks,  B3- Zane Nicholson 2S,3T,5J and 3rd OA, M1- Aaron Curmi, 2T, 4J, 2 OA,  Michael Bullock, 4T, 5J, 4OA.  M2- Brian Sparks, 1S,3T,4J, 2OA.
Ryan Paul-2S.   Paul Turner was just out of the hardware with a 6S after a gruelling run-off. M3- Kirby Whetsel- 1J, 4T, 1OA.  Ric Stallings- 2T.   Mikey Milhorn- 3T, 2J, 2OA.  M4-  Thomas P. Newman- 4T,  2J,  1OA.  Greg Webb- 5T, 3J, 2OA.   Bruce Ellison-  5J.   M5-  Ham Wallace- 2S, 3J, 2OA.   

     Charlsey Newman Earned a trip to West Palm in G1 Slalom.
